How do I apply for a property?
Applications are submitted online through the property listing platform such as realestate.com.au or our website rental listing page.
How do I apply for a rental property?

Open the property listing, follow its inspection and application instructions, and submit the requested information through the approved application platform.

How long does application processing take?

Processing times vary depending on the completeness of the application and reference checks. In most cases it takes approximately 2 to 3 business days to process your application to the next stage. Please check your emails regularly as our team may contact you if further information is required.

What should I do about an urgent repair?

Use the Urgent Repairs guidance and contact the office using the published phone number. If there is an immediate threat to life or safety, call 000.

Can international students apply?

Yes. International students and overseas applicants are welcome to apply, and may provide alternative supporting documents where applicable.

What happens after my application is approved?

Our team will guide you through lease signing, bond payment, rent payment and key collection.

What is a Condition Report?

A Condition Report records the property’s condition before the tenancy begins. Tenants should carefully review and return the report within the required timeframe after moving in.

How do I connect utilities?

Tenants are responsible for arranging electricity, gas, internet and other utilities prior to moving in. We work with a utility connection company that can assist — details are provided once your application is approved.

How is the bond returned?

Bond claims are processed through the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority (RTBA) after the final inspection is completed. Tenants receive email notifications directly from the RTBA regarding the refund process.
